Vulcan Completion Products (VCP) centralizers have been designed to assist RIH by reducing drag/running forces and minimising ECD’s, whilst providing positive stand-off and the best possible conditions for zonal isolation.

With over 150 years’ experience in the design, API testing and International manufacturing of centralizer products, we offer a comprehensive portfolio, providing solutions for all applications.

Our highly successful patented PHAZER™: FLEX and PHAZER™: SUB centralizers have been engineered to fulfil the required extreme specifications for Under-reamed applications. This along with our new PHAZER™: FLEX-TT (Tight Tolerance) centralizer, now tackling annular clearances of less than 0.25” (6mm) in ultra-extreme cases, keep VCP pushing the boundaries of centralization as we know it!

All out testing is performed to surpass API 10D (7th Edition) and meet all the demands of our clients under-reamed wellbores.

VCP continue to push the boundaries of solid body centralization with our PHAZER™: Z Range of zinc-alloy centralizers combining Carbon-Kelvar™ composite material technologies, for the ultimate torque & drag reduction in both cased hole and open hole whilst maintaining OD, ZERO Wear. Specifically developed for ERD wellbores and beyond.

 

For intermediate wellbore applications, VCP offers a range of conventional welded & non-welded bow spring and solid body centralizers, also providing cost effective solutions.
