Michelle brings over 25 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry across the UAE, having worked closely with IOCs, NOCs, and major OFS companies throughout her career.

She has held key management roles with ITS and Varel Energy Solutions, leading multimillion-dollar contracts and developing strong, long-term client partnerships with industry leaders such as SLB, Baker Hughes, and others.

Michelle’s expertise includes:
