Vulcan's PHAZER™: FLEX Under-reamed centralizer has been designed to glide through previous cased hole restrictions and open up to provide a high level of Stand-off in the open hole.
The PHAZER™ : SUB In-line under-reamed centralizer sub is specifically designed for passing through long sections of cased hole with annular clearances less than 0.50” with low accumulative running forces & to provide positive stand-off for good zonal isolation.
PHAZER™: Z Range
Vulcan's PHAZER: ZR RANGE is a low friction Zinc Alloy & Carbon Kevlar Composite solid body centralizer, designed specifically to reduce torque and drag in ERD wellbores.
Vulcan Completion Products (VCP) centralizers have been designed to assist RIH by reducing drag/running forces and minimising ECD’s, whilst providing positive stand-off and the best possible conditions for zonal isolation.
With over 150 years’ experience in the design, API testing and International manufacturing of centralizer products, we offer a comprehensive portfolio, providing solutions for all applications.
Our highly successful patented PHAZER™: FLEX and PHAZER™: SUB centralizers have been engineered to fulfil the required extreme specifications for Under-reamed applications. This along with our new PHAZER™: FLEX-TT (Tight Tolerance) centralizer, now tackling annular clearances of less than 0.25” (6mm) in ultra-extreme cases, keep VCP pushing the boundaries of centralization as we know it!
All out testing is performed to surpass API 10D (7th Edition) and meet all the demands of our clients under-reamed wellbores.
